• Delivery of effective and fit for purpose training methods and activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes, gamification etc.)
• Development of annual training plans and strategies
• Organisation-wide training needs assessments
• Use of the latest education principles and new training methods and techniques
• Design and preparation of educational aids and materials
• Assessment and audit of instructional effectiveness and establish KPIs
• Curriculum databases and training record and software solutions
• Train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
• Completion of Verification of Competencies (VOC’s)
• Delivery of organisational training programs such as OHS for managers, Health & Safety Committees, OHS awareness and inductions for employees, Risk/Hazard Assessment, Manual Handling, Chemical Handling, Accident Investigation, Permit to Work etc.
