- Reviewing and drafting contract administration procedures, training and supervising CAs, managing complicated internal procedures for funding, change management, and payment verification.
- Working with CMS’s (Contract Management Systems) including working with software developers to customise systems to meet the Client requirements and procedures.
- Working with assurance teams to close out audit findings, managing ongoing audits, interface with payment verification teams.
- Working with commercial departments to establish Authority Approvals Matrices involving levels of authorisation for site-based personnel, appointment of company representatives and delegations of authority.
- Working on productivity improvements (e.g. Lean Sigma reviews).
